Is Telehealth Pro HIPAA compliant?
Telehealth Pro is designed to support HIPAA-conscious, privacy-focused virtual-care workflows, and onboarding materials outline provider responsibilities.
How do provider payouts work?
Patient payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your provider share is calculated according to the agreed payout split and sent to your connected Stripe account based on the configured payout schedule. Any platform fees, payout timing, and eligibility requirements are explained during onboarding and available in your provider workspace.
How long does the provider verification process take place?
After you submit the required identity and license details, eligible credentials are sent to Verisys for verification and tracked in your credentials area. Timing depends on credential completeness and verification response; if a submission fails, you can retry verification from the provider dashboard.
Do I have complete control over my schedule?
Yes. You choose your active days, appointment time ranges, timezone, and slot durations, and you can manage availability blocks from your provider workspace. Existing booked or paid appointments stay protected when future availability changes.
How and when do I get paid?
Consultation payments are processed through Stripe Connect. The platform records the transaction, applies the platform fee, transfers the provider share to your connected Stripe account, and funds arrive based on your Stripe payout schedule.
In which states can I see patients?
You can see patients in states where you have a verified, active, non-expired state medical license on file. Patient matching checks the patient’s state against your verified license states, completed profile, and valid services.
